       Until January 3rd, 1990, the territory of Sempre Vita was part of Brazil. English pirates running from the law applied for asylum and after they were refused they attacked the country and seized part of the territory, which put out a state named Sempre Vita. 5 years after the foundation of the country, Brazil declares a war to reclaim its territory. The war lasts 2 years, until 1997, but hardened in sea battles pirates held the attacks of numerous army of Brazilian general Carlos Menges. The end of the long and exhausting war leads to a peace agreement, according to which Brazil recognizes the country and the two countries sign a contract for mutual assistance. Since the country was founded by pirates who attacked ships at sea, in 1999 Spain decided to invade Sempre Vita to regain the stolen from them. Brazil comes to the rescue, but cannot fight off the attack of the Spanish army. Military commander of Sempre Vita general Julio Martinez retreats with a small army in the mountains. There, with the help of neighboring countries, he collects a numerous army that attacked the Spaniards in the small passage and repels them from the country.
