1.  Sempre Vita is a republic with a presidential system of government.
2. Esperanto is the official language of the Republic.
3. The Constitution shall be the supreme law and no other law may be in conflict therewith.
4. All of the people are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
5. The Republic shall be ruled by a president who is chosen by the population of Sempre Vita.
6. No person shall be a president who shall not have attained to the age of 40 years and been at least 5 years a citizen of the Republic.
7. The President of the Republic shall be elected for a term of five years.
8. The Government shall determine and conduct the policy of the Nation.
9. Parliament monitor the action of the Government.
